Sobel Spine & Sports sends a one-time SMS message to patients who have verbally consented during their office visit. A staff member will ask if you would like to receive a text message with a link to leave a Google review. Only patients who verbally agree will be contacted.

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing verbally, you consent to receive one SMS message from (602) 775-6775 identifying Sobel Spine & Sports.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out at any time using any of the following methods:
