How We Obtain Your Consent (Opt-In)

Sobel Spine & Sports sends a one-time SMS message to patients who have provided written consent at check-in. Patients sign an intake form that includes an SMS opt-in checkbox stating: "I consent to receive a one-time SMS from Sobel Spine & Sports requesting feedback about my visit. Msg & Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." Only patients who have signed the consent form will be contacted.

You may also opt in by texting START or YES to (602) 775-6775.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any message

  • You will immediately receive a confirmation: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
